EXERCISE PLAN
An exercise plan that works around YOUR life, YOUR kids, and YOUR energy levels, you don’t have to overhaul your entire routine to see progress. I’m talking, the option to choose from as little as 10 - 40 minute sessions, 1 to 5 times a week, at home or the gym.
Not suitable for pregnant women
STRETCHING & MOBILITY
Stretching & mobility routines that help you with everyday mum duties, getting up and down off the floor, squatting to pick up toys, carrying kids, it all require flexibility and mobility. Without it, these movements become harder and more exhausting.
SIMPLE RECIPES
Simple but enjoyable recipes that teach you how to nourish your body without the stress of counting calories, with a focus on whole foods but knowing that balance and listening to your body is key.

GOAL SETTING
REALISTIC goal setting & habit tracking because hitting 10,000 steps a day is so 2020 and some days is just not realistic, lets set realistic goals, that are small steps to help you live a more fulfilled life.

Hi, I’m Danielle, the creator of The Lifestyle Reset Project. I’m a new mum to my incredible daughter, Bette, who is now 15 months old.
My journey back into the fitness and nutrition industry was inspired by my own struggles. After having Bette, I found myself struggling to carry her from the car to the shops, struggling to get up and down off the floor, & feeling like I was watching from the sidelines rather than fully engaging in life with her.
I knew I needed to make a change, not just for myself, but for my daughter. I wanted to be able to keep up with her as she grew, to feel strong and capable in my own body again.
I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to feel stuck, exhausted, and unsure of where to start. But I also know the power of small, sustainable changes, and I want to help you make them too.
This journey isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
